Our Support Desk operates out of our Hobart office 8:30am - 5:00pm (Australian Eastern Time) Monday - Friday, except local and national Public Holidays that apply to Hobart and adjusting to daylight savings from October to April.
The team provides technical support to our customers in accordance with contractual agreements via our Service Desk team and Service Management portal.
